Please note that orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our awesome warehouse team packages and ships your order as soon as humanly possible – that’s why we have such impressive delivery times. But because we start working on your order immediately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are shipped on business days only. It’s true – we take weekends off so we can enjoy our products (and families) too! Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, especially those with custom enhancements, and in rare situations can take longer to process.
We work hard every day to ensure all orders are delivered on time, however picnictime.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, global pandemics (too soon?), etc.

Tools: Hand wash all components with warm water and mild detergent. Towel dry immediately. To prevent wood from warping and cracking, do not submerge in water. Not dishwasher safe. To prevent wood from drying out or cracking, occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil.,This product is made from a natural cotton canvas with a waxed water resistant coating. Natural variations in color, creases and scuff marks add to the vintage look and feel of the product. To avoid having the wax melt or sweat, keep away from excessive heat.

For merchandise returned within 60 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.
We’ll gladly accept unwashed and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Defective items may still be accepted.
Picnic Time merchandise purchased at independent department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact your retailer for their return/exchange policy.
Final Sale Policy: all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
