Glassware: Hassle free exchanges or returns within 30 days of order delivery. We will cover the return shipping fees within the US up to 30 days after your Pure Over order is delivered. Please send us an email at support@pureover.com to process your return.

Coffee Beans: All coffee is roasted to order and, therefore, we do not accept returns.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please email us (support@pureover.com) a photo of the damaged item next to the shipping label, and we will take care of you.

Warranty Information 

All Pure Over products are made from high quality materials and are sturdily designed to last. To ensure that the product you received was manufactured to our standards, all products have warranty coverage against manufacturer's defects. 

Coverage: One year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase from Pure Over or authorized reseller. 

Exclusions: The following will not be covered by our warranty

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care or product alteration
• Normal wear and tear of the item including scratches, dents and stains
• Failure to not use the product as intended including cleaning improperly
• Products purchased or used outside the United States, U.S territories or Canada
• Outside the 1 year warranty period 

Remedy: To file a warranty claim, please email support@pureover.com. Please include:

• Order number
• Copy of your receipt
• Description of the issue
• Photo/video if helpful
