EASY RETURNS

Please note that we are experiencing delays in returns processing, and return credits may take longer than usual to be issued.

Having second thoughts? No worries—we're here to help! You have 14 days from the original ship date to make returns on eligible items. Returns can be made by mail. To confirm whether your item is returnable, check your invoice, email confirmation, or the Orders page.

RETURN POLICY

• Le Réussi®'s products may be returned unless the item is marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
• Returns on items received after these periods are accepted at our discretion. Late returns that are accepted will be subject to a partial refund of 50% of their original sale prices in the store credit. This will appear on your orders page as Late-Return Fee.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, hang tags, and gift boxes when applicable.
• Items must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
• Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender or a gift card (gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law).
• Please note we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller, or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.

GUEST RETURNS

• If you placed your order using guest checkout, you could send your item(s) back to us by visiting Guest Returns
• If your guest order was shipped outside of the U.S., call Customer Service at 281-809-5521 or email info@lereussi.com to initiate your return.

GIFT RETURNS

• Gift refunds will be issued as a Le Réussi® Gift Card redeemable online at lereussi.com.
• To receive a refund for the original form of payment, the purchaser must return the item by mail.

REFUNDS

• Returns to the Le Réussi® store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card.
• Refunds for orders purchased with Le Réussi® Gift Cards will be issued as a Le Réussi® Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

• We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases. Savings are based on estimated comparison prices, which may be from the same or similar items from prior seasons. We strive to give you the best value; we encourage you to shop around.

REFUND PROCESSING

• Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
