Please note that orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our awesome warehouse team packages and ships your order as soon as humanly possible – that’s why we have such impressive delivery times. But because we start working on your order immediately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are shipped on business days only. It’s true – we take weekends off so we can enjoy our products (and families) too! Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping, especially those with custom enhancements, and in rare situations can take longer to process.

We work hard every day to ensure all orders are delivered on time, however picnictime.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, global pandemics (too soon?), etc.
