• Ground shipping is always free inside the contiguous United States.
• FedEx Express Saver, 2 Day, standard overnight and priority overnight shipping are also available for your convenience.
• Located near our warehouse in Moorpark, CA? You get home town perks! Pick up your order for free at our office – but please call ahead at 805-529-7400 to schedule your pick up during office hours. Can’t wait to meet ya!

• Please note that orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our awesome warehouse team packages and ships your order as soon as humanly possible – that’s why we have such impressive delivery times. But because we start working on your order immediately, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
• Orders are shipped on business days only. It’s true – we take weekends off so we can enjoy our products (and families) too! Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
• We work hard every day to ensure all orders are delivered on time, however beachstate.shop cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, global pandemics (too soon?), etc.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at beachstate@picnictime.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
