We're committed to making your experience as easy and seamless as possible!
I Want To Return My Gift Or Get A Refund, What Do I Need To Do?
If we receive an error code on your package we will automatically reach out to you and verify the address is correct or if the product never arrived let us know within 30 days at support@hopekit.com. Upon confirmation of address we'll send a second package free of charge to the verified address.
If you are unhappy with the gift you have given, just email us at support@hopekit.com within 30 days of receipt and we'll work with you as detailed below:
If the gift arrived damaged we'll send a second package free of charge within 1 business day of notice. We'll take your word for it, just let us know in the email.
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are simply unhappy with the gift we'll give you a refund. Email us at support@hopekit.com letting us know you are unhappy with the gift and we'll process the refund for you. We only charge a 30% restocking fee upon the refund request and refund back to you within 7 business days the remaining amount on the card that was used to make the purchase. You will not be required to ship the product back to us to request a refund.
If we accidently send the wrong product (this hasn't happened yet, but we're human) or there is a missing item then email us at support@hopekit.com within those 30 days of receipt and we'll send the correct product free of charge within 1 business day.

If the order has shipped it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Our One Year Warranty
If any of our products breaks within a year let us know by emailing us at support@hopekit.com and we'll ship out a replacement free of charge.
