We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Shipping fees are not refundable. International orders are final sale.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact info@thepicnicday.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you your return label. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted, please make sure to contact us first!

Please note that The Picnic Day is not responsible for shipping fees of returns. For an exchange, we will cover the shipping fees.

Once we receive the item, we will issue refund for the returned items within 3-5 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All sale items and made to order items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges or no store credit given. We recommend that you check the size and item description prior to purchasing.
