Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email as well as tracking information.
We usually package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. This is not a guarantee, as some times, delays may happen and orders will only ship out 2-3 business days (or more, in extreme cases) after orders has been placed. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, delivery times will vary.
When purchasing 2 Bracelets, shipping charges will be waived.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ecoalition purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ecoalition purchase, please e-mail us at returns@ecoalition.com, and follow the steps described below, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are subject to the applicable terms and conditions below.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then we will not offer you a return, refund, or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it (e.g., unwashed and free of fragrance, smoke, and odor).
- To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at returns@ecoalition.com in order to process the return, refund, and/or exchange; and
- Mail the product (along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase) to:

- All returns, refunds, and/or exchanges are subject to inspection by Ecoalition (as determined in Ecoalition’s sole reasonable discretion). Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, Ecoalition will process the return, refund, and/or exchange (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, only accepted returns (as determined in Ecoalition’s sole reasonable discretion) will be eligible for return, refund, and/or exchange (as applicable). With respect to exchanges, Ecoalition cannot guarantee that all items or sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
- Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges. Further, exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- If we made a mistake on your order or your item arrived defective or damaged, please email us at help@ecoalition.com and we will make things right.
