If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ecoalition purchase, please e-mail us at returns@ecoalition.com, and follow the steps described below, within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returns, exchanges, and/or refunds are subject to the applicable terms and conditions below.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

• You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then we will not offer you a return, refund, or an exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it (e.g., unwashed and free of fragrance, smoke, and odor).
• To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
  • Email us at returns@ecoalition.com in order to process the return, refund, and/or exchange; and
  • Mail the product (along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase) to:

• All returns, refunds, and/or exchanges are subject to inspection by Ecoalition (as determined in Ecoalition’s sole reasonable discretion). Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, Ecoalition will process the return, refund, and/or exchange (as applicable). For the avoidance of doubt, only accepted returns (as determined in Ecoalition’s sole reasonable discretion) will be eligible for return, refund, and/or exchange (as applicable). With respect to exchanges, Ecoalition cannot guarantee that all items or sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
• Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges. Further, exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.
• If we made a mistake on your order or your item arrived defective or damaged, please email us at help@ecoalition.com and we will make things right.

• We are unable to accept returns, refunds, and/or exchanges of items that are not purchased online at https://ecoalition.com/. For items purchased at one of our authorized third-party retailers, please contact them directly to determine return or exchange eligibility.
