Getting your shipment to you on time is our top priority.
All InfiniteAloe shipments are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed first thing Monday morning.
If in the rare event a product is not available, you will be notified by email.
In the USA, we use FedEx shipping, and orders take 2 to 3 days to arrive. All orders will arrive at your house or business within 2 to 3 business days from the time the order is processed in our Los Angeles warehouse. PO boxes are shipped using the US Postal Service and orders take 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping cut off time for the day is 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.
In Canada, we use Canada Post and ship from Vancouver, BC. Shipping times vary by province, the West Coast of Canada shipping times are 1 to 3 business days, and the East Coast is 3 to 6 business days.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail and ship from Yorkshire. Shipping times vary by region, and generally takes 5 to 7 business days.
For international orders (outside of USA, Canada and UK), we ship using FedEx, and shipping times vary from 2 to 6 business days to arrive at your local customs. All international orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA.
We measure the weight and dimensions of all packages prior to shipping, to ensure exact accuracy of your order.

This cream is thick and must be used very sparingly. Unlike other creams, it is meant to be patted on and not spread or rubbed over the skin.
It can be patted in on top of foundation for additional moisture anytime during the day.
